Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using First Principles Football coaching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Coaching Services
We provide mental performance coaching specialized for teenage soccer players. Our programs vary in duration (typically 8–12 weeks) and focus on psychological conditioning and match-day preparation.
3. Performance Guarantee
Our "coach for free" guarantee applies if a player completes the entire 8–12 week program as prescribed, attending all sessions and completing all assigned mental exercises, but does not see a clear improvement in match performance. Determination of "meaningful improvement" will be based on assessments from the coaching staff and player feedback.
4. Player Commitment
Results are dependent on the player's active participation and honesty. We require full engagement with the methods provided during the sessions and practice periods.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Notice of cancellation or rescheduling must be provided at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the session being forfeited without a makeup opportunity.
6. Privacy and Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching sessions is strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or in cases where there is a perceived risk of harm to the player or others.
